Work with an experienced coach who, through a discovery call, will assess your goals and objectives to then build you a bespoke training plan and nutrition plan. You'll be invited onto our private app, where all your progress and data will be analysed. You will check in weekly with your coach who will then make any proactive adjustments needed to optimise the progress you're making toward your goals.
Work face to face with a Personal Trainer with over 15 years of experience in the industry.
Sessions are planned, delivered and evaluated by your PT to optimise your progress.
Sessions can be booked as 1 off sessions or in blocks of 4.
Engage in counselling sessions with our qualified Counsellor who will deliver person centred therapies from the comfort of your own home.
We can work with you to deliver bespoke and individualised Corporate CPD days.
These events will consist of mindfulness exercises, team building sessions, small group PT sessions, 1-1 Counselling and healthy eating seminars. You will also have the chance to make your own healthy meals which you can take home with you!
